Where we deliver
Across most Chennai, Tamil Nadu pincodes within roughly 12 km of our kitchen. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability, or WhatsApp +91 85084 51385 if your area is not listed yet. Pickup is available from our kitchen by prior arrangement.
Slots and timing
- Breakfast: 7:00 – 8:30 am and 8:30 – 10:00 am
- Lunch: 12:00 – 1:30 pm
- Evening: 6:00 – 7:30 pm
- On-demand orders are typically delivered within 45 – 70 minutes of confirmation.
Charges
- Flat ₹39 delivery fee within our service area.
- Free delivery on orders above ₹599 and for all tiffin subscribers.
- Pickup orders carry no delivery fee.
Packaging
Food is packed in food-grade, largely recyclable containers, with chutneys and sambar sealed separately. Batter kits travel in chilled packs; refrigerate them as soon as they arrive.
Delays
Weather, traffic and unexpected demand can delay a slot. We will message you if we expect to run late by more than 20 minutes, and you may cancel for a full refund if preparation has not started.
Receiving your order
Please keep the phone number you provided reachable. If nobody is available and the rider cannot hand over the order after two attempts, the delivery is treated as completed.
