Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our acknowledgement. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our service area, or payment cannot be verified.

Pricing

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery and packaging charges are displayed before payment. Prices on aggregator platforms may differ from prices on this website.

Food, allergens and storage

• All dishes are vegetarian and prepared in a shared kitchen that handles millets, pulses, dairy, nuts and mustard.
• We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please tell us about allergies before ordering.
• Batter kits contain no preservatives — refrigerate immediately and use within the dates printed on the pack.
• Nutrition or health statements on this site are general information, not medical advice.

Subscriptions

Tiffin plans are billed monthly in advance and run for the number of meals stated in the plan. Pause requests must reach us before 8:00 pm on the previous day. Unused meals beyond included pause days are not carried forward unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery

Slots are indicative. Weather, traffic and demand may cause delays. Repeated failure to receive a delivery at the address and slot provided may be treated as a completed delivery.

Intellectual property

The Pearl Sattva name, logo, photography and menu copy belong to Perle de Smirthi Foodworks LLP and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
