Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. Card, UPI and banking credentials are entered on the gateway's secure page — we do not collect or store them.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with delivery partners, our payment gateway and communication providers (email/SMS/WhatsApp). We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Order and invoice records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting rules. Enquiry records are kept while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period after.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from promotional messages, by writing to perledesmirthi@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use minimal browser storage to remember your cart between visits. No advertising profiles are built from your visit.
