Subscription FAQ
- Can I pause or reschedule deliveries?
- Yes. Tell us before 8:00 pm the previous day on WhatsApp. Sattva Daily includes 2 free pause days a month, Sattva Family includes 4; extra pauses are credited to the next cycle.
- What is the delivery radius?
- We deliver across most Chennai pincodes within roughly 12 km of our kitchen. Share your pincode on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you pay.
- What time will my tiffin arrive?
- Choose a 7:00 – 8:30 am or 8:30 – 10:00 am window. Subscribers get a WhatsApp message when the rider leaves the kitchen.
- Can I customise the menu?
- You can flag allergies, spice level and jaggery preferences. Full custom menus are available on the Family plan.
